Tech sessions for 2026 - there has been an increase in the meeting room hire fee, now $27.50 per session.The group will need to discuss if we wish to continue using the same venue. Next meeting - a brief catchup to discuss the ongoing and increased costs for 2026, following the main speaker meeting on Tuesday 10th Feb. Some of the topics we covered in 2025 were: Basic computing and components Databases and data centres, cloud computing AI - what does it mean and how we can benefit from it General Q&A with Daniel an IT expert who was our main speaker Navigation of M365 apps - Excel, Word, PowerPoint File Management and controlling the chaos on our desktop Photo management using the Snapseed app for phones/tablets
