November Speaker - Rosalyn Martin - Ukraine
Rosalyn's connection with Ukraine began through her late husband's ancestry, but it has grown into something far deeper than a journey to discover this heritage. Since first travelling to Ukraine, she has developed a profound love of the country, its rich history, its beautiful culture, and, above all its people. During her time in Ukraine Rosalyn has spent time connecting with local communities, volunteering in a regional hospital and a veteran's support hub. Today, Rosalyn is passionate about sharing Ukraine's story with others. Her talk will explore not only the country's fascinating history, but also its enduring spirit, its traditions and the people who have made a lasting impression on her.
